1. Introduction Welcome to Maulee Shop! We are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policies.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Charges: We charge a flat rate of ₹100 for orders with a total value of less than ₹1000. For orders with a total value of ₹1000 and above, shipping is free.
Delivery Estimates: Our standard delivery time is approximately 1 week from the date of shipment.

3. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving your order confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to track your order via our courier’s website.

5. Shipping within India Please note that we only ship within India and do not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday – Saturday) using Shiprocket. Shiprocket’s delivery standard is 2 – 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of Rs. 100 applies to orders shipping to Maharashtra, Rs. 100 to other parts of India. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Free shipping on orders over Rs. 1000 in Maharashtra, and on orders over Rs. 1000 for the rest of India (Inclusive of taxes and discount).

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available for addresses within 10km of our shop. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm during store hours (Monday – Saturday, 10am – 10pm) will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
